ulta return policy With Christmas approaching and all the shopping we'll all be doing, you need to know your retailers' returns policies. American Retailers are taking it in the shorts by consumers who lack character, ethics and integrity. These consumers -- and if you are one, you know who you are -- buy things, use things and then return them without any consideration at all. It used to be women who wore a dress one time, left the tags on, then returned it, never actually ever paying for their wardrobe, but always having a fancy new dress for every party or event. Companies like Mervyn's (now defunct) had an incredible return policy, better than Sears or Nordstrom's back in the day, as good or better than Target, Wal-Mart or the many Sports Equipment box stores.
